Account Management

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wagering activity.
• Request by the player for voluntary account closure.
• A legally binding instruction from a Bangladesh regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or inactivity), any remaining verified balance in the account will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method following completion of all outstanding wagering and KYC requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach, funds may be withheld pending investigation and any applicable legal process.
